Since my 18th every random person that has approached me about my tattoo(s) has asked me where I got them done, only to exclaim their love for Westside Tattoo. Last year I told myself that I would go there for my next one(s), only, a few weeks ago I suppose I got too lazy and excited and rushed to Wild At Heart to book in my birthday.

Today I went to the city to suss out prices at All Star to find out that their city studio is closed, so I went to a place that my friend Amanda went to last year and they quoted significantly less.

I didn't know whether to think Either they're cheap 'cause they're not highly ranked or... My current place is over charging me. Extremely hard to distinguish between the two.

Anyways, I felt quite calm and venturous so I decided to call friends likely to have instant internet access to find out what the address of Westside was. All I knew was that it was in West End. Somewhere that I've never been to other than the one time I was in a car dropping off a friend of a friend super late one night.

I called three friends, none of which I got the address from. I got it from a lovely lady at Rockinghorse who googled it for me. THEN I caught the bus to West End, found Westside, spoke to a Lily/Lilly (I dunno...) and she quoted me the same price as my original artist.

SO! POINT OF MY DILEMMA: To just stick with my current place who is NOT overcharging me - or - try Westside out.
