a drawing for my bestest buddy ~ magicalannie if she wasnt busy tomoro, she'dv been able to get it - but noooooo she's busy :rage:

okay. so many ppl have been tellin me that my stuff looks to real to be a drawing bla bla bla bla - so i decided to use totally different paper and shifted my style a tad bit.

ref pic here

:pointr: i used my thick creme pastel sheet for this - naturally meaning u can see every bit of my charcness.

:pointr: u can see that iv done some parts lighter and others darker than they shud be, according to the ref pic.

:pointr: i also used my white charc pencil: backing up the fact that i HAVE used creme coloured paper - meaning, that u can tell that i didnt change the ref pic to make it look like a drawing.

:pointr: lets see YOU charc this up in photoshop.

I saw it on the front page, and I clicked on it thinking it was a photo...boy, was I surprised, amazing detail and an excellent job on the shading...plus I loved her in Lost In Translation :) How long do your portraits usually take you?
